چکیده
Background: Diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) in its advanced state have been one the medical community's concerns so far. Cell therapy has a modern successful treatment. However, it not yet effective enough to treat MS. This study aimed find relationship between neural stem cells (NSCs) MS, by considering important signaling pathways pathogenesis, most microRNAs (miRNAs) for diagnosis were investigated. Materials Methods: Using bioinformatics approaches appropriate databases, NSCs MS recognized, after obtaining common genes them, protein products them evaluated. Finally, nominating essential genes, we isolated analyzed microarrays involved these pathways. Results: In first step, 76 upregulated 1600 down-regulated recognized. Upregulated obtained axon guidance, NCAM, RHO pathways, cell cycle, RNA metabolism, DNA repair genes. Then, high-expression PAK3, ROBO2, LIMK2, low-expression AURKA, BIRC5, BLM, BRCA1 proteins identified. Accordingly, miRNAs included hsa-miR-4790-5p, hsa-miR-4281, hsa-miR-4327, but hsa-miR-103b, hsa-miR-638, hsa-miR-4537 Conclusion: Our indicated that abovementioned major role diagnosing treating

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an inflammatory disease of the central nervous system (CNS). Inflammation caused by immune cells destroy the myelin and then axon. CNS failure to complete repair results in permanent disabilities. Some types of stem cells have special potentials to repair these injuries and even cure MS. Neural crest stem cells with a mutual origin with CNS and the ability of differen...

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the central nervous system, leading to severe neurological deficits. Current MS treatment regimens, consist of immunomodulatory agents aiming to reduce the rate of relapses. However, these agents are usually insufficient to treat chronic neurological disability. A promising perspective for future therapy of MS is the regeneration of ...
متن کاملMicroRNAs and Multiple Sclerosis
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have recently emerged as a new class of modulators of gene expression. miRNAs control protein synthesis by targeting mRNAs for translational repression or degradation at the posttranscriptional level. These noncoding RNAs are endogenous, single-stranded molecules approximately 22 nucleotides in length and have roles in multiple facets of immunity, from regulation of developme...
متن کاملMicroRNAs in Neural Stem Cells and Neurogenesis
MicroRNA (miRNA) is a type of short-length (~22 nt) non-coding RNA. Most miRNAs are transcribed by RNA polymerase II and processed by Drosha-DGCR8 and Dicer complexes in the cropping and dicing steps, respectively. miRNAs are exported by exportin-5 from the nucleus to the cytoplasm after cropping. Trimmed mature miRNA is loaded and targets mRNA at the 3' or 5' untranslated region (UTR) by recog...

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory and demyelinating disease of the central nervous system that may lead to disability of the patient. Current MS treatment regimens are still insufficient and research is conducted for developing more effective therapies capable of targeting neurodegeneration, inflammation, and demyelination. Recent results of experimental and clinical studies in ...
